  • Are there any charges for registration?
    No. Registration on Morningdelight.in is absolutely free.
  • Do you deliver in my area?
    You will be able to check this detail at the time of selecting product. Just enter your Pincode and check. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you even before you order.
  • What are the modes of payment?
    You can pay for your order on Morning Delight using the following modes of payment:
    A. Cash on delivery
    B. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)
    C. Paytm & PayU Money
  • What is the minimum order for delivery?
    There is no minimum order for delivery, however we do have a charge of Rs. 40 for delivery if the bill amount of a single invoice totals to less than Rs. 200. On bill value amount above Rs. 200 delivery charges are free.
  • What is a cut-off time for delivery?
    Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. After this time you will not be able to modify or cancel your order, cut off time for is 7 pm on the previous day.
  • Why should I buy on Morningdelight.in ?
    Easy to manage your morning fresh milk, bread and other breakfast requirements. No early morning trips to the neighborhood store.
  • How does the Subscription work ?
    It is a simple choice. Choose your favorite brand, quantity that you consume everyday and frequency. We have 15 days Subscription. You pay for a 15 days for instance, either by Paytm, PayU money or your Credit/debit card or even COD and enjoy 15 days of uninterrupted supply of products at your doorstep.
  • How to pay COD in a Subscription model?
    COD or Cash on Delivery is a one-time payment that you will pay to our Delivery agent on the very first day of your order. Then you can enjoy your order seamlessly thereafter.

    For Example : You choose to subscribe to milk for a month starting on January 1st.So you pay the monthly amount to the agent on January 1st and enjoy 30 days of uninterrupted milk supply.
  • What if I need to go on Vacation ? Or I need to change the Delivery Time ?
    We have you covered. Go to MY ORDER on top Right hand side and view your orders. Choose the product you wish to modify order of and select MODIFY ORDER. Now you can choose the date you wish to skip Delivery of. And select SKIP DELIVERY. Your delivery will be skipped on that day. For an extended vacation, you simple need to repeat the steps on the selected days. Our transparent service ensures that you only pay for what you consume.

    If you wish to change the delivery time, we understand you wish to sleep in till late on holidays, you can select Date and Change Delivery Time from the Drop down Menu and select a new time of your order on that day.
  • How can I know the status of my order ? Especially if to check which days I have Paused/Skipped Delivery ?
    Registered users can check on order details by clicking on My Order icon on the top right corner. Then select VIEW STATUS. It will show you your order Schedule.
  • How can I Track My Order ?
    Registered users can check on order details by clicking on My Order icon on the top right corner. Then select TRACK ORDER. It will show you the status of the Delivery Agent’s Route.
  • Why have I not Received My order ?
    Mostly, we deliver all orders within your preferred delivery slot, however if there is an issue you can call us on our helpline number. We will be happy to serve you better. In an unusual event that any item you selected is not available or not in a condition to be shipped to you, we will inform accordingly and cancel that item from your order. In such a case, you will not be charged for That Product.
  • I did not get an invoice for the order I placed ? What should I Do ?
    The invoice is digitally generated and you can view it anytime under MY Order >View Invoice.
  • I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with morningdelight.in ?
    Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as at support@morningdelight.in to know more.
  • What is the Morning Delight Return Policy ?
    All products sold on morningdelight.in are verified before delivery.

    In case of any contaminated/Spoiled product under Milk/curd category, the complaint has to be registered within 3 hours from the time of delivery.

    For all other items, customers can notify us within 24hours from the time of delivery.

    We encourage to thoroughly check the product before accepting delivery. However, in case of transit damages or Expired products, the issue has to be reported immediately at the time of delivery. After which we may not be able to accept the complaint. Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the defective/damaged item with a brand new product at no extra cost. Morningdelight will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to cancel the order in case the product is not available.

    We may ask you to share the images of the product and packaging material, if any.

    If the complaint is lodged within the time span mentioned, the refund for the order amount shall be processed within 3-5 working days once complete information is received about the complaint. We try to entertain every complaint received. However, the company reserves the right to deny replacement or refund under specific circumstances.

    Following are the terms and conditions for return/refund/replacement:

    Products must be in their original condition.

    Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted.

    Under damage/Expired complaints, products have to be returned with product seal intact.
  • What are your Returns Guideline?
    We request all our customers to check the manufacturing date, the expiry date and the condition of the products delivered, post which if any concern arises , you can immediately return the product to our delivery executive. However, In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint as soon as possible, preferably before the next time slot by contacting our service center to lodge your concern, our subject matter experts will be glad to assist you.
  • Cancellation by Site
    If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  • How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
    Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. For COD orders, we may ask you for the bank account details to process your refund.
